This fork brace has been designed & manufactured inhouse from high grade aluminium and is available in a polished finish.  This period style brace is ideally suited for those doing restoration projects, cafe racer builds or custom creations.  These braces are designed to be easy to fit and give the desired amount of stiffness back into the front end, helping with cornering and high speed wobbles.

This brace has a high arch of 74mm from the fork leg top and 57mm leg clamps with 7" 3/8" (187.33mm) stanchion centres and comes supplied with the stainless steel screws for fitment

(We are not able to engrave these top plates due to the high arch)

Fitting Instructions

This motorcycle fork brace is designed to be fitted by a competent person, if you are at all uncertain please contact your local motorcycle garage.

To fit this brace to your motorcycle first of all raise the fork dust caps (where fitted) as the brace must not be fitted over these, place the leg clamps around the top of the fork leg by removing the M6 Allen head screws (5mm Allen key required) put around the stanchions and lower into place on the fork leg. Screw these up lightly so you can still move the clamp on the fork leg but try to keep the gap as even as possible each side, once both leg clamps are in place put the top plate on and align up with the screw holes. These take the M6 x 20mm button head screws (4mm Allen key required) and again put all four screws in and lightly tighten so you can now line up the leg clamps and top plate so all is even and square, all the screws can now be tightened and the order would be the leg clamps first then the top plate. Refit your Dust caps/boots

Torque setting for M6 stainless bolts are in N-m 8.7 Dry or 7.8 lubricated

After Year of Searching a Fork Brace 750 Mk 5 Interstate 1973

I found the email address on the Norton Owners Site, there was not one showing on the BFB site so I emailed and communication was good they had made 3 different types before and supplied the drawings with dimensions, I selected the one that was matching the dimensions on my bike and they said they had one on the shelf it arrived there was a bit of comms over bolt sizes quickly sorted , it is fitted now and looks great , why was it needed well I have upgraded the front disc brake and the stopping power is great but this puts a slight twist o the forks and the bike pull to one side Great Service and very good quality Brace
